Let's go...This is how your shoes come to our workshop...

  • Drop-off in a partner gym

    In Berlin and Potsdam, you can bring your climbing shoes to the Bouldergarten, Ostbloc, Kegel, Magic Mountain or 7A plus the next time you go bouldering/climbing and leave them there for repair. There is a box and all the information you need in the gym. Please remove all extras such as carabiners, as these often get lost in the chaos of the workshop. You can also simply use the laces or Velcro fastener to join your shoes into a pair. 


    Fill in the form below for each pair you have handed in, mark the shoes with your name and drop them in the box in pairs. 

    We collect the shoes every 1-2 weeks, so it may be a while before you receive an email from us. Shoes from the 7a plus are always collected at the end of the month.

  • Shipment

    You can also send us your shoes. 

    Contact us beforehand if you are unsure whether a repair is still possible. A reason for exclusion may be a previous repair by another shoemaker or a large hole in the leather.

    If you send the package with tracking, you can send us the number or provide our contact details so that we are notified that your package is on its way.


  • Drop-off at the shop

    You can also bring your shoes to the workshop at Pflügerstr. 4 during our opening hours and hear our assessment directly. You can also fill out the order on site and pay directly in cash or by card.

    Are all your shoes worn out and you don't have a good replacement pair right now? We have some of the shoemaker's favorite models available for sale. You can also get Skalo Chalk from us.

Fill out your online order

Book your resoling with the desired repair using the online order form.


If you are unsure what repair you need, check out our guide or send us a message with a photo of the worn area of your shoes. As soon as your shoes have holes in the fabric or leather under the rubber, i.e. material is missing and a seam is no longer sufficient to close the tear, we will no longer carry out resoling. If your shoes have already been repaired in another workshop, please be sure to ask us whether the technology is compatible with ours.

Confirmation and payment

As soon as your climbing shoes arrive in the workshop, we will check them and send you an order confirmation with an invoice by email.


At this point we will also let you know if additional repairs are necessary or if the selected repair is not possible. If we realize that we can no longer resole your shoes, you can decide whether and where you would like to pick up your shoes again.


Payment is made in advance by bank transfer.

Time at our workshop

The shoes are sorted into the waiting list by order date. The day of the order date counts, not the day of the order confirmation from our side.


Always pay attention to the current information about waiting times. Please note! We can only provide estimates; each round of repairs is different and cannot be completely planned. We want to guarantee high quality and therefore dedicate the necessary time to each shoe.

Pick up or shipment

After receiving the pickup confirmation by email, your newly resoled shoes can be picked up again at the counter of the selected gym or from our shop.


You will receive the tracking number if you selected shipment.
