Deposit and collection in your favorite gym
In Berlin and Potsdam you can bring your broken climbing shoes to the Bouldergarten, Ostbloc, Magic Mountain or 7A plus the next time you go bouldering/climbing and leave them there for repairs. A box, the order forms and all the information are available there. You don't have to bring your own packaging for the shoes or the printed form. Please also remove all extras such as carabiners, as these are often lost in the workshop chaos. You can also easily connect your shoes to a pair with the shoelaces or the velcro fastener.
And what happens after the drop-off?
> The shoes are picked up at least once a week and processed according to the date they were thrown in.
> Check the spam folder, you will receive an email with an offer or invoice from us. We will call you if we have any questions.
> Payment is made in advance. Bank details can be found on the invoice. Thank you for your trust!
> As soon as the shoes have been paid for and repaired, you will receive another email from us. You can then pick up the shoes again at the counter... and start climbing right away!

Of course you can also come to our shop. You can find us in Pfluegerstr. 4. Here we can personally answer all your questions about the repair and you can also pay for the repair in cash or by card when you pick your shoes up.
All your shoes are worn out and you just don't have a good spare pair left? You can already purchase some of the shoemaker's favorite models and the chalk from Skalo. And to make the trip to Neukölln even more worthwhile, our customers can test their shoes on the 40 degree moonboard.
Not in Berlin?
You can also send us your shoes. Put the order form in the box or email it to us beforehand.
Please contact us beforehand if you are unsure whether a repair is still possible. A reason for exclusion can be a previous repair by another shoemaker or a large hole in the leather.

As soon as we receive your shoes, we will send you an email with an invoice. After receipt of your payment by bank transfer, your shoes will be repaired and then sent back to you. You will of course receive a tracking number. We charge 7 Euros for the insured shipping, but you also can send us a shipping label in advance.
